Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

International Shipping & Customs

Rainbow Nutrients ships internationally to many countries. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Customs processing times may cause additional delays that are outside our control.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs may not be refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Rainbow Nutrients is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Rainbow Nutrients is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
